Standard Weapons & Armor Proprietor: Kael Dres, a former mercenary captain who retired to sell weapons and found it significantly more profitable
Everything a fighter needs, clean and maintained. Kael doesn't do flashy — he does reliable. He stocks heavier armors but notes they're ill-advised in the desert heat.

Unique Items:
- The Sandviper Blade — A curved shortsword with a serrated back edge designed for close desert combat. On a hit, the target must succeed on a DC 12 Strength save or have their movement speed reduced by 10ft until the end of their next turn — the serration catches on clothing and armor. — 85 gp
- Dune Rider Spear — A lightweight spear balanced for mounted combat, with a small sand-anchor spike at the base. When planted in sand or dirt, it cannot be knocked aside by any effect that would normally displace or sunder a simple weapon. — 40 gp

Ashkalar's commissioned pieces take weeks but the wait is worth it. She also stocks a rotating selection of exotic and foreign weapons from across Faerûn and beyond.

- Whisper Chain — A chain weapon (functions as a flail) built with hollow links that dampen its sound signature significantly. Attacks made with it produce no noise until impact. — 150 gp
- The Twin Intention — A matched pair of push daggers with interlocking handles. When both attacks hit the same target in a single turn during two-weapon fighting, the target must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution save or take an extra 1d6 piercing damage from the wounds interacting. — 200 gp for the pair

- Mirrorhead Arrows — Arrow tips polished to a mirror finish. Against creatures that rely primarily on sight, these arrows have advantage on the first attack made before the target has acted in a round. 6 arrows. — 40 gp
- The Collapsing Bow — A finely crafted shortbow that disassembles into four segments connected by a cord. Can be concealed within a large coat. Takes a bonus action to collapse or assemble. — 75 gp
